• Maintenance Manager - Lacombe and Area

The Maintenance Manager is in charge of all facility maintenance for Lacombe Foundation, Parkland Foundation and The Bethany Group within TBG LA portfolio.
The Maintenance Manager, as a member of the management team, is responsible for the safe, client-centred, efficient and economical performance of a large and diverse property operations and maintenance program, utilizing a combination of in-house and private sector resources, reporting directly to Director of Housing.

- Bachelor degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or in a related technical/management discipline
- Trades or technical certification
- Five years supervisory experience in building maintenance or property management preferred
- Management skills (budget and project)
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, analytical and computer skills
